Mr. Lei Jun, with 30 years of entrepreneurial experience in the science and technology industry, is a representative of China's Internet and a well-known entrepreneur and angel investor in China. Mr. Lei Jun began his career at Kingsoft. He is the co-founder and current chairman of Kingsoft Software who led the successful listing of Kingsoft Software in 2007. He is also the founder of joyo.com and successfully sold it to Amazon in 2004.

Mr. Lei Jun founded MI Company in 2010, focusing on smart phones, smart hardware, big data, artificial intelligence and other cutting-edge technologies. On July 9, 2018, MI was successfully listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, making it the world's third largest technology IPO after Alibaba and Facebook. As an angel investor, Mr. Lei Jun is willing to provide help for the establishment and growth of start-up enterprises. Thanks to his assistance, companies that he invested in angel periods, such as duowan.com (YY) and lakala.com, have completed listing, UCweb has been successfully sold to Alibaba, and other projects have also performed well in their respective fields.

Mr. Tuck Lye Koh is Founding Partner of Shunwei Capital and SWC Global, an early to growth stage venture capital firm with over US$6 billion in funds under management.

Mr. Koh is responsible for overall investment and management. He has led the firm’s investments in mobile internet, deep technology, artificial intelligence, CleanTech, enterprise services, consumer brands and biotech in China, India and Southeast Asia.

Mr. Koh was recognized by Forbes in its 2020, 2021 and 2024 “The Midas List” for being one of the top 100 venture investors globally. He was also recognized by Fortune China as one of the 30 most influential investors in China consecutively from 2017-2023.

Mr. Koh’s representative investments include Kingsoft (HKEX:3888), Xiaomi Corporation (HKEX:1810), NIO (NASDAQ: NIO), Agora (NASDAQ:API), Kingsoft Office (SHA:688111), Southchip (SHA:688484), Momenta, Patsnap, ShareChat, and Meesho. He was formerly a board member of Xiaomi Corporation from August 6, 2013 to October 25, 2019.

Mr. Koh obtained his degree in Bachelor of Engineering from the National University of Singapore and Master in Science from Stanford University.

He is a member of the School of Engineering's Asia Advisory Council of Stanford University and a Member of the Board of Advisors of the National University of Singapore’s College of Design & Engineering. Mr. Koh is also a Member of the International Advisory Council in China of Singapore Management University.

Mr. Tian CHENG has many years of experience in equity investment and finance. He has held investment and research positions at international institutions such as Temasek and Goldman Sachs, and has in-depth observations and insights into the capital markets, PE equity investments, and venture capital.

He has participated in multiple equity investment projects involving technology and consumer-related industries, covering both venture capital and growth-stage investments. Investment cases include Xiaomi, Kuaishou, NIO Inc., Lalamove, Boss Zhipin, RoboRock, Ninebot, Kujiale, Webull, and Chayan Yuese, etc.

Mr. Cheng holds a Bachelor's degree in Science and a Master's degree in Management from Fudan University.

Mr. Rui Li has rich experience in Internet startups and corporate management. He has held senior management and product operation positions at HaoDaiFu, Alibaba, Yahoo China, and 263. He also participated in several Internet startups’ founding and establishment; has deep insights in operation and development issues at various stages of a company.

Focus on early-to-midterm investments, leading early projects such as Haipaike, Kaisi, Qinbaobao, Anxinjijiaban, Kyligence, Meishubao and Ruishi.

Mr. Li has a Bachelor degree in Physics from Peking University.

Mr. Zhang is a serial entrepreneur. He has over 13 years’ start-up experience in e-commerce, enterprise technology services and telecommunications industry since 2004.

Mr. Zhang’s start-ups include: once China’s largest mobile e-commerce service company Yek Mobile, online shopping recommendation engine “haodongxi” , chef service and fresh food delivery platform “shaofanfan”, and online gourmet brand “Weilei ”. Zhang had totally raised US$10.53 million from Shunwei Venture, IDG Capital and Shining Capital.

Mr. Zhang graduated from the Radio Electronics Department of Peking University and earned a Master of Science degree from the Singapore-MIT Alliance. In 2001, he worked at Alcatel·Lucent Shanghai Bell.

Mr. Zhang is fond of football and pets; his dearly departed Golden Retriever, Coco, was his beloved companion, and he is currently raising Coco's son, Marco.

Alee (Li Wanqiang), co-founder of MI Technology and author of the best-selling commercial book Sense of Participation.

As former head of MI MIUI, he initiated the research and development method of MIUI mobile phone operating system based on "user development model".

Later he became the head of mi.com, responsible for MI's marketing, e-commerce and services.

Mr. Hu Zhengnan, with 25 years of his expertise in automotive product development and R&D management field, having served as the Dean of the General Research Institute, Senior Vice President, and Director of the Product Technology Management Committee at Geely Automobile.

Mr. Hu has a deep understanding of characteristics of start-up companies. He experienced all stages of business development and company growth while he joint funded Longchuang Automotive Design Co., Ltd.

During his career, he has led the product development of several best-selling new energy models. Focused on technological evolution into the development, Mr. Hu is also a practitioner of digital transformation who refined traditional cars by the implements of intelligent manufacturing. He devoted himself to integrating the technology ecology of smart connected cars into the IoT system.

Mr. Hu Zhengnan holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics. He is also a Ph.D. candidate in Engineering at Huazhong University of Science and Technology.

Yixuan Geng primarily covers the technology and enterprise service sector, focusing on industrial applications of innovative software and hardware solutions. He also participates in Shunwei’s investments in emerging markets like India and Southeast Asia. Previous investment projects include CloudWalk, iDriverPlus, Meesho, Krazybee, Gojek, etc.

Prior to joining Shunwei, Yixuan was a senior engineer at Oracle America working on R&D of enterprise applications and database systems. He has participated in research projects on Distributed Systems at Yale University and Natural Language Processing at Chinese Academy of Science.

Yixuan received a bachelor degree in software engineering from Wuhan University. He also holds master degrees in computer science from Yale university and in management science and engineering from Stanford University.

Ruofan WANG joined Shunwei Capital at the end of 2014, primarily responsible for exploring investment opportunities in consumer internet, enterprise services, and financial technology innovation.

She has been involved in investment cases such as Shuiyang Shares (SZ:300740), Edianyun (HK:02416), Yaoshibang (HK:09885), Cheche, Shansong, Royal Xiaohu, Yangteng Innovation, Zhiketong, Yinghe, Chayanyuese, and Webull.

She has a Master degree in Finance and Bachelor degree in Computer Science and economics from Peking University.

Mr. Yanxin Ma is responsible for investment execution in smart manufacturing, smart devices and new materials sectors.

Prior to joining Shunwei, Yanxin worked in Legend Capital, IDG Capital and ST Engineering, with rich industry knowledge and investment experience.

Yanxin holds a bachelor degree from Zhejiang University and MBA degree from Cheung Kong Graduate School Of Business.

Wentao Wu is mainly responsible for investment execution in HealthTech/MedTech sectors. Prior to joining Shunwei, he was engaged in HealthTech/MedTech investment at China Growth Capital. Prior to that, he was engaged in basic and clinical research in regenerative medicine and immunotherapy at Peking University Third Hospital.

Wentao has led the investment of several projects in the field of new drugs and medical devices, including Farbers Therapeutics, ReviR Therapeutics, Renerval Biotheraputics, Neurodom Medical, ZD Medical, Singleron Biotechnologies，InxMed，Health Biotech， 4B Biotech，etc.

Wentao received his bachelor's degree from Wuhan University and master's degree from Peking University Health Science Center.

Xiang Wenqi is committed to seeking startups with advanced technologies and innovations in the fields of Electric Vehicle.

Prior to joining Shunwei, she worked as a software engineer of database and cloud engineering at Oracle Headquarter in the Bay Area.

Wenqi received her bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering from Huazhong University of Science and Technology. She obtained her master’s degree in electrical engineering from Stanford University.

She was also named a Schwarzman Scholar of 5th cohort in 2019 and Master of Management Science in Global Affairs 2021 from Tsinghua University.

Gao Yuanxiang primarily focuses on investment opportunities in the areas of consumer, enterprise services and TMT. He participated in the investment of Ahma Handmade, Lucy Lee, Tan Market, Certik, etc.

Before joining Shunwei, Yuanxiang worked for Hike Capital as an analyst.

Yuanxiang received his master degree in Economics from Peking University.

Shi Lei mainly focuses on opportunities relevant to enterprise services, smart manufacturing, new energy and other technology fields.The investment cases include Huaqiu Electronics, VisionNav Robotics, RAK, Tongtianxiao, Pinlan, Tuyang Technology, Shanghai Deepsight, Shangwang Cloud, Asymptote, etc.

Before joining in Shunwei Capital, Shi Lei had full time jobs or internships at some financial institutions including Harvest Investments, Morgan Stanley Huaxin Securities and Guotai Junan Securities.

Shi Lei has a bachelor's degree in science and economics from Peking University, and a master's degree in economics from Peking University.

Mr. ZHOU Jingsong is responsible for industry analysis and investment execution, focusing on Enterprise services, FinTech and Consumer sectors.

Prior to joining Shunwei, he worked at some financial institutions including CICC and Shenzhen Capital Group.

He received a Bachelor degree in Chemistry and Economics and a Master degree in Finance from Peking University.

Guantong Chen primarily focuses on investment opportunities in the smart manufacturing and smart device sectors.

Prior to joining Shunwei, Guantong worked in SK Capital attached to Tsinghua Asset Management Group, participating in several factory automation/semiconductor investment projects, such as Bozhon, Huaqin, Injoinic, and Yongxi.

Guantong received his dual-bachelor's degree in Science and Economics from Peking University, and master's degree in Finance from Boston College. Guantong is a member of the ACCA association.

Xiao Yang primarily focuses on investment opportunities in the technology, enterprise service, and intelligent manufacturing sectors.

Prior to joining Shunwei, Xiao was a senior analyst at the Investment Banking Division of J.P. Morgan Hong Kong.

Xiao received his dual-bachelor's degree in Engineering and Finance from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, and master's degree in Operations Research from Columbia University.

Zimo Liu is responsible for industry and investment analysis, focusing on 2B SaaS and Industrial Internet.

Prior to joining Shunwei, Zimo served at Centurium Capital, Goldman Sachs, Warburg Pincus and etc..

Zimo received bachelor degree in Finance from Peking University and master degree in Management from Columbia University.

Guo Youzi primarily covers the technology and enterprise service sector, especially focusing on industrial applications of AI. Investment cases she has been involved in include Zhipu, Biansei Technology, Shiyue Technology, Jirui Technology, and others. She has participated in the investment of zhipu.ai, infimind, etc.

Prior to joining Shunwei Capital, Guo Youzi had full-time or internship experiences at multiple financial institutions, including Youzan's Strategic Investment Department and ZhenFund.

Guo Youzi holds a bachelor's degree from Zhejiang University and a master's degree from Peking University.

Yeqing MA is responsible for industry analysis and investment execution, focusing on consumer sector.

Prior to joining Shunwei, she worked at financial institutions including Genesis Capital and K2VC.

She received a bachelor’s degree in economics and a Master degree in Finance from Renmin University.

Jiming SHENG focuses on deep technology, especially those fields still in their infancy but which hold enormous social and business prospects,such as fuion power, quantum technologies, brain-computer interfaces, etc. He has participated in the investment of Startorus.

Jiming has Bachelor of Physics degree from Peking University and Ph.D. of Physics from University of California, Los Angeles.

Miao Cui has over six years of working experiences in talents recruiting, mainly focuses on High-tech industry, overseas hiring and start-ups recruiting, as well as human resource consulting.

Before joining Shunwei capital, Miao Cui has served as recruitment consultant at ManpowerGroup, Associate Consultant and Assistant to the Director of High-tech Industry at Career International.

Miao Cui holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from PLA Academy of Equipment Command & Technology, a Master of Science Degree in Human Resource Management and Business at Aston University, and an accredited member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development certification (CIPD),UK.

Yuki Xiaoqing Ma is committed to investor relations at Shunwei Capital.

Before joining Shunwei Capital in 2019, she has over six years working experiences in CMBC where she served high end corporate clients with rich industry knowledge and experience in client relationships management.

Xiaoqing holds Msc in Media and Communication Management from Fordham University and a BA in Law and Business Administration from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics.

Ziyuan Chen joined Shunwei Capital in 2017, where she specializes in public relations, with a focus on brand building, media communication, and post-investment services.

Prior to joining Shunwei Capital, Ziyuan worked as an intern at Deloitte Consulting, Weber Shandwick, and other firms, where she gained experience in public relations consulting for domestic and foreign technology, consumer, and other types of enterprises.

Ziyuan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Beijing Foreign Studies University.
